Terms of return

All claims for returns must be made within 28 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be first returned in the condition they arrived before any credit is given back to customers. We would appreciate reasons for return. If the item you recieve is faulty we will give you the option for a refund or replacement of the item. However any other reasons may subject to a 20% restocking charge.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

All items that we have in stock will be dispatched as soon as possible, we usually give a time between 3-5 Business days (UK orders) depending on destination. However Items that are out of stock or *special orders may take more longer. For these items we will advice on order. There will also be a charge on delivery of orders. This will vary from item to item, destination and on the quantity.

                  Below is a base rate for Non-Wholesale orders.

For Wholesale orders delivery costs may vary. They depend on quantity and destination. Delivery costs will be advised on enquires or when orders are placed. For enquires related to delivery feel free to email us.

Minimum Order

Non-Wholesale goods require no minimum order. Any number of these items can be bought as long we have sufficient numbers of them in stock. These items can be bought by anybody. Items which are out of stock and have been ordered by customers may take a short time to re-stock. If however we are unable to re-stock these items for any reason we will inform customers and they may cancel their order accordingly.

Please note Wholesale items require a minimum order of 50 and a time span between 2-6 weeks to complete the order (depending on size of order) as we dont stock these items and will have them made.

Canceled or Refused Orders

Canceled Wholesale Item Orders are subject to a possible 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges. Orders cant be canceled once the order preparation has begun.

Canceled Non-Wholesale Item orders are subject to no charges. However we advise to contact us right away to cancel an order to save us from shipping out the Items ordered. We will not cover any postal charges for items returned to us.
